I run a PPL gym split and i go 6x a week
Currently: Bulking
Pull
Lat Pull Down/Pullup - 3x10
Dumbell Row - 3x10
Row Machine - 3x10
Cable pulldown - 3x10
Incline bicep curl - 3x10
Cable Reverse curl - 3x10
Cable bicep curl - 3x10

Push
Dumbell Bench Press/Bench Press - 3x10
Military Press - 3x10
Chest press - 3x10
Cable chest fly - 3x10
Tricep Pushdown - 3x10
Lateral raise - 3x10
Ring dips - 3xFailure

Legs :(
Squats - 5x5
Bulgarian split squat - 3x10
RDL - 3x10
Lunge - 3x10

I also do core when i can
Toes to bar - 3xFailure
Weighted situps - 3xFailure
Cable crunch - 3x10
Messing around on my rings doing calisthenic stuff
